Project SIMPLE at ”Safe Vegetable and Products Exhibition” in Battambang

Project SIMPLE at ”Safe Vegetable and Products Exhibition” in Battambang, 19 July 2018. 

Forum was organized by Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Battambang Province, and has collaborated with the Department of Agricultural Extension of the General Department of Agriculture under official ceremony and a welcoming speech given by HE Veng Sakhon, Minister of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries. The aim of this forum is to mainstream common knowledge to the public on the safe vegetable and connect the production team, production community with the buyer. There are 40 booths and approximately 600 participants from farmers, agricultural suppliers, agricultural project representative (BFP, ASPIRE, SVVC, etc), partner organizations, undergraduate students from several universities included UBB students, and agricultural private companies.

About 50 leaflets, I-stand leaflets, and videos of our project SIMPLE activities had been distributed and promoted during the event and we also looked for new contact companies to join our Career day and several private companies agreed to join our event next year.
